Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care to ensure that your home decor items arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy for important information regarding your order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the UK & EU. We are based in the UK so customers in this area will receieve their orders the fastest. For shipping to the US will cost considerably more because of customs fees - Especially if your order is over $850.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, CU (Cuba), IR (Iran), KP (North Korea), SL (Sierra Leone), Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine.

4. Packaging

To ensure the safe arrival of our delicate items, we use protective packaging materials. Vases, faux flowers, & everything else will be securely wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress online.

6. Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Photos of the damaged items will be required for our records.

US Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Despatch

All US orders are processed and despatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

US Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard US Delivery: 7 to 14 business days.
Expedited US Delivery: 5 to 10 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational issues or border customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All shipments to the United States are subject to US Customs clearance.
We calculate and collect all required US import duties and taxes at checkout. There will be no additional fees upon delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has despatched containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.
